By accessing and using GenuineSouls ("the Platform"), you accept these Terms of Use in full. If you do not agree with any part, you must not use our services.
The Platform is operated by Tapnoodle LLC ("we", "the Company").
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform.
- You must provide truthful and up-to-date information.
- You may not create more than one account per person.
- You may not use the Platform if you have been previously suspended or banned.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.
4. User Conduct
By using GenuineSouls, you agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
- Post offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content
- Create fake profiles or impersonate someone else
- Use the platform for unauthorized commercial purposes
- Solicit money or financial information from other users
- Share unsolicited sexually explicit content
- Attempt to extract data or information from other users
5. AI-Generated Photos
Photos generated by our AI are for exclusive use within the Platform. When generating AI photos:
- You retain the rights to your original image
- You grant us a license to use the generated photos within the Platform
- You may not use the generated AI photos on other dating platforms
- The photos must faithfully represent your actual appearance
6. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid plans (Plus and Premium) automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.
Refunds are processed in accordance with our current refund policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform (design, code, brand, text) is the property of Tapnoodle LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
GenuineSouls does not guarantee specific results in dating or relationships. We are not responsible for the actions of other users outside the Platform. We recommend taking precautions when meeting someone in person.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms. We will notify you of significant changes by email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
